italian suitcase: radical chic muffins

Ingredients for 6 muffins:

150 gr self raising flour

75 gr muscovado sugar

1 egg

140 ml buttermilk

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

chocolate chips ad lib

Preparation:
Whisk all the ingredients together and pour the mix in the muffin tin

cook for 20' at 180 fan and the result is...
