Ingredients for 2 people:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 large tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
200g hake fillet
100g large prawns, peeled and deveined
salt to taste
half glass of white wine
Preparation:
Marinate for 20 min the chopped
tomatoes, garlic, oregano in some extra virgin olive oil adding a pinch of
salt.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over
medium-high heat; add the marinated tomatoes and mix well until juicy.
Lie the hake fillet and prawns into the
mixture; cover and simmer 3 min.
Add half glass of white wine and flip
the hake; re-cover and cook another 3 min. Remove the lid and allow to cook
until the juice evaporates slightly, 2 to 3 min.
