Hopefully Sunday we made one of the last winter dishes for this long endless season!
Ingredients for 6 people:
200ml half fat creme fraiche
150g grated cheddar
800g fish pie mix (salmon, white&smoked cod and haddock)
200g king prawn
2 grated carrots
2 grated stick of celery
1kg mashed potatoes
juice of 1 lemon
100g fresh spinach
EVO oil
Salt&pepper
1 chopped chilly
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 200˚ and mix all the ingredients together in the baking tray.
Spread the mashed potato on top, drizzle some EVO oil and bake for 40 minutes until crispy and golden on top.
We regretted we only bought one bottle while in BC!
