Cocoa cake

Ingredients
100g raw cocoa butter
100g raw cocoa powder
200g wholewheat flour
200g brown sugar
250g plain white yogurt 
100g water 
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Icing sugar (optional)

Preparation
Liquify the cocoa butter using the "bagnomaria" method; once liquid and at room temperature add all the other ingredients and mix well for a smooth texture.
Preheat the oven at 180c and bake for 40 minutes.
Add icing sugar for a sweeter taste
