Porto & apple strudel

Ingredients for 6 people
4 medium size evita apples
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 glass old tawny Porto 
50g dry raisins
50g chopped hazelnuts
1 full butter puff pastry sheet

Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180'c fan. 
Wash and chop the apples to make approx 2cm dices. 
In a bowl, mix all other ingredients, add the apples and pour over the port. Let the mix rest for 15-20minutes, then lay the mix onto the pastry, cover the top with the pastry excess. Brush the remaining juice in the bowl over the pastry and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and crispy. 
Serve immediately or warm with custard or vanilla ice-cream.
