Oat grain salad with white asparagus and chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 people
250g oat grains
1 big bunch of white asparagus 
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
EVO oil
Salt&pepper to taste

Preparation 
Soak the oat grains in water overnight and then gently cook on a low heat for approx 50-55 minutes.
Chop the asparagus and cook in a frying pan with a drizzle of EVO oil and a pinch of salt until tender.
Once the asparagus and oats are ready, serve in a plate with a sprinkle of chia seeds. serve warm or cold.
